Welcome to Tiny Tums – The Health Kick.  These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our training programs, workshops, and related services (“Courses”). By registering for or attending a Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Course Registration

 

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an approved payment arrangement.

 

Course availability is subject to demand and capacity limits.

 

2. Fees and Payment

 

All course fees are listed in GBP and must be paid in full before the start of the course unless otherwise agreed.

 

We accept payment via online.

 

Fees may be subject to change. Any price change will not affect existing registrations.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

 

By the Customer:

 

We have a no-cancellation, no-refunds, and no-date/time policy for all our training courses. 

 

If you wish to change a date or time we will charge a £25 admin fee to move your course.

 

By the Business:

 

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date.

 

 

4. Course Materials

 

All training materials provided during the course are for personal and educational use only.

 

Reproduction, sharing, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

All course content, including slides, videos, manuals, and exercises, is owned by Tiny Tums The Health Kick and protected by copyright laws.

 

You may not copy, record, or redistribute course materials without prior written consent.

 

6. Participant Conduct

 

We expect all participants to behave professionally and respectfully.

 

Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

 

7. Liability Disclaimer

 

While every effort is made to ensure accurate and up-to-date content, Tiny Tums The Health Kick  shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on the training content.

 

We are not responsible for any technical issues or interruptions during online training sessions caused by the participant’s equipment or internet connection.

 

8. Data Protection and Privacy

 

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy – see website. This includes using your data for course administration and communication purposes.

 

9. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of UK. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of UK Jurisdiction.
